Shipping Addresses information is configured per project and can be created or imported.
New Shipping Address
To create a New Shipping Address:
- Under Admin > Project Projects > Shipping Addresses, click the New Shipping Address button. A new row will display.

- Default (Optional)- Select one default shipping address.
- Address Name (Required) - Enter the name of the Shipping Address. This will display on all Purchasing activities.
- Attention (Optional) - If "Attention" should be used in the address, enter that information here.
- Address 1 (Required)- Enter the shipping address line 1.
- Address 2 (Optional) - Enter the shipping address line 2.
- City (Required)- Enter the shipping address city.
- State (Required)- Enter the shipping address state.
- Zip (Required)- Enter the shipping address zip code.
- Phone (Optional) - Enter the phone number for the contact or office that can be called by the supplier to clarify questions.
- Instructions (Optional) - Enter any instructions that all shipments should include.
- Click Save when Done. Below is an example.

- When a Purchase Activity is created, this information will display on the New activity form.
