Shipping Addresses information is configured per project and can be created or imported.

New Shipping Address

To create a New Shipping Address:

  1. Under Admin > Project Projects > Shipping Addresses, click the New Shipping Address button. A new row will display. 


    1. Default (Optional)- Select one default shipping address.
    2. Address Name (Required) - Enter the name of the Shipping Address. This will display on all Purchasing activities.
    3. Attention (Optional) - If "Attention" should be used in the address, enter that information here.
    4. Address 1 (Required)- Enter the shipping address line 1.
    5. Address 2 (Optional) - Enter the shipping address line 2.
    6. City (Required)- Enter the shipping address city.
    7. State (Required)- Enter the shipping address state.
    8. Zip (Required)- Enter the shipping address zip code.
    9. Phone (Optional- Enter the phone number for the contact or office that can be called by the supplier to clarify questions.
    10. Instructions (Optional) - Enter any instructions that all shipments should include.
  2. Click Save when Done. Below is an example. 


  3. When a Purchase Activity is created, this information will display on the New activity form.
