Catalogs created from .cvs files- These can be used to make standard Field Orderz reports
Importing a Catalog:
Click the +
Type in the catalog name
Choose a catalog .csv file from your computer
Click Upload
Once your catalog is imported, it will appear on your catalog list

Configure: Will allow the user to edit the items inside of the catalog
Export: Exports the catalog as a .csv and .xlsx for larger editing
If a user is adding more than a few items to a catalog, we recommend exporting the catalog and adding items through the .xlsx
Rename: This allows the user to rename the catalog
Duplicate: Creates a copy of the catalog
Ex. Tools (copy)
Delete: Deletes the catalog
Catalogs are hard-deleted

Icon Image: The icon image can be changed or removed
Name: The name of the item as it will appear in the app
Manufacturer: Labels who the manufacturer of the catalog is
Part Number: This can be the manufacturer number or an internal part number
Length: Fixed or variable depending on if you want the length to be editable in the app
Fixed: Length doesn’t change
Ex. Ladder, Bolt, fitting
Variable: The length can be set to something specific
Ex. Threaded rod with 3’6” length
Package QTY: How many individual items are being shipped with this one item.
Ex. 1 box of 100 bolts
Sizes: What are the available sizes for this item broken up by commas? This can be any character and doesn’t need to be numbered.
Ex. Jacket- S, M, L
Ex. Ladder- 6 ft, 10ft, 20ft
Ex. Threaded rod- 1/4”, 1/2”, 1”
Tab: Where will this item show up on the cart page in the app
