Below is a cheat sheet and a video. These steps must be completed before anyone at your company can view STRATUS navigation menus.

Adding one or more BIM 360 projects to STRATUS synchronizes your BIM 360 projects and specific project profile information into STRATUS including the project name.  Once a project is synchronized, it does not need to be synchronized again.  Any new projects added to BIM 360 will need to go through the steps below.

To Refresh Projects from BIM 360:

1. In STRATUS, click Admin > Company > Projects and then click the Refresh Projects from BIM 360 button. Your BIM 360 projects are now sync'ed with STRATUS.
2. For each project, change the status to Active.
3. Click your badge (Account Icon) icon again and the refresh permissions.

1. STRATUS will determine any BIM 360 project that has not yet been identified in STRATUS.

2. A message will display that will tell you how many projects were added to your STRATUS company from your BIM 360 Docs account. It will also remind you to Set project status to Active to enable an added project. Projects not set to active will not display in the Projects drop-down.

3. After projects display, change the project status to "Active" for any projects you want to use in STRATUS.
4. For the person refreshing projects, in order to access the project in STRATUS, it may be necessary to clear the STRATUS cache by clicking your Account icon and the refresh permissions button.
