The GTP STRATUS Service Desk Enables and Disables the GTP Quick Pass feature for companies. When the Service Desk is requested to disable the GTP Quick Pass feature for a company, all GTP Quick Pass users, or those whose Email address is shoppass@gogtp quickpass@gogtp.com, will be disabled. If GTP Quick Pass is re-enabled, the admin will have to enter them as a new user which will re-enable them.
