New Shipping Address

To create a New Shipping Address:

  1. Under Projects > Shipping Addresses, click the New Shipping Address button. A new row will display. 


    1. Default (Optional)- Select one default shipping address. When checked, the checked Shipping Address will be automatically selected for all models on the Models > Dashboard, Shipping Address column.
    2. Address Name (Required) - Enter the name of the Shipping Address. This will display on all Purchasing activities.
    3. Attention (Optional) - If "Attention" should be used in the address, enter that information here.
    4. Address 1 (Required)- Enter the shipping address line 1.
    5. Address 2 (Optional) - Enter the shipping address line 2.
    6. City (Required)- Enter the shipping address city.
    7. State (Required)- Enter the shipping address state.
    8. Zip (Required)- Enter the shipping address zip code.
    9. Phone (Optional- Enter the phone number for the contact or office that can be called by the supplier to clarify questions.
    10. Instructions (Optional) - Enter any instructions that all shipments should include.

  2. Click Save when Done. Below is an example. 


Reports

Reports can be setup for the following Item Types:

  1. Assembly

  2. Container

  3. Container Details

  4. Package

  5. Package Details

  6. Part

Select Project Shipping Address on Report

When more than one shipping address exists for a project, a user can select which shipping address to use when running a BOM report.

  1. To add Shipping Address information to a project, under Projects, select the project, click the Shipping Addresses tab, and then add one or more Shipping Addresses.


  2. To add the Shipping Address Report Fields to a template, under Admin > Company > Templates, create or select a BOM template where the Template Type is Bill of Materials and then add Report Fields that include .ShippingAddress.


  3. To select a shipping address for a BOM report, go a Package’s BOM tab, select a report and click the download button. The Select Report Options dialog similar to the following will display. Select the Shipping Address.


  4. The report will display the .ShippingAddress report fields as configured on the template.
