To assign a port to RG3, we need to notepad and edit a setting file.
Open RG3, click on Settings, and go to the Remote Control tab, where you will be able to pick the COM4 (recall, COM4 in our case, because COM4 is one of the ports added when we added our new cable – see above steps):
