The user's page on Field Orderz is where users are added and managed for your Field Orderz company. Access levels can be set to restrict users to specific website pages. A company admin can only access the Users page. For more information on the user's page, click here: Vimeo Video

Setting up the Users page, hit the +:
Name: This is the name that will be displayed when logging in and when assigning users to projects
Username: The username is what is used for logging into Field Orderz
Username is unique across all of Field Orderz, so no two usernames can be the same
We recommend setting the username to the beginning portion of a user's email
Email: The user's email where password resets will be sent
Access Levels: These restrict the pages users can access on the website. Below is the list of what pages each access level has access to
Admin: Company, Divisions, Users, Packages
Projects: Projects, Packages
Services: Services, Catalogs, Packages
None: Packages
Status: Toggles whether a user can log into the website or app

Importing a CSV list:
Companies with multiple users can import a .csv list of the users to create Field Orderz users quickly. The template file can be found here:

Fill out the template file like this:
On the create user screen, click choose file
Select your filled-out template file
Click upload
Note: Name & username columns can’t have commas in the field
Editing a User:
Once a user has been created, there are a few changes that can be made to the user:
Name
Email
Access level
Status
It can all be changed. The username cannot be changed.
Existing users can be deleted by clicking on the user and clicking delete user.
Users are hard deleted.
If a user's temporary password expires, a new password can be sent by clicking resend the invite
User Display Count:

The user display count at the top of the website is defined by the current number of users/ number of current licenses
Note that @gogtp.com and @steeltoeconsulting.com don’t take up Field Orderz licenses, so the count may exceed the number of licenses you have.
