The Shops Dashboard displays the number of Cut Lists and Tasks for each Station. For each Station under Admin > Company > Stations, a Division is assigned which is used to organize the display in the Shop drop-down list. 

Shop Dashboard

Initially, the Shops Dashboard displays the number of Cut Lists and Tasks for each Station. Under Admin > Company > Stations, each Station includes an assigned Division which displays in the Shop drop-down list (Ex. Pipe Shop). When a Shop has a task whose status is either "To Do" or "In Progress" it will display.

Station Tool

Click the station name (Ex. TigerStop - TD) and then click the Tool tab to view current queues for the station's tool. The list can be sorted and filtered.

Information includes:

• Requested - The date/time the cut list was sent to the queue.
• Project - The cut list's project.
• Package - The cut list's package.
• Material - The material included in the cut list.
• Size - The size or diameter of the cut list.
• Total Length - The total length of all items in the cut list.
• # Items - The total number of items in the cut list.
• Status - The status of the cut list. If cutting with a TigerStop, the status is updated in real-time.
• Print Labels - Prints labels for the selected cut list.
• Unassign from Station - To remove the cut list from this station, click the Unassign from Station button. The progress of the cut list is retained so parts already cut will not be cut a second time when resent to a cutting station. In addition, the cut list will be retained on the Cut Lists tab ready to be sent to a station. The Unassign from Station is also available on the Packages > Cut List page.

Station Tasks

Click the station name (Ex. TigerStop - TD) and then click the Tasks tab to view current queues for the station's Tasks.

• If tasks were generated under the Packages > Tasks tab, then they will display here.
• Only tasks whose task status is "To Do" or "In Progress" will display.
