The Setup File

The Setup command is used to configure all features of the software and is found in the GTP WireWorks ribbon panel on the Add-Ins tab inside Revit. The command provides the user an interface to specify all settings for conduit run cleanup, electrical schematic, and wire pull calculator. Within the shared settings, there are separate tabs for settings specific to each main feature.

Setup File

The Setup File is where all Shared Settings, including feeder schedule import configurations, are stored. This file may be placed on a file server and shared by multiple users if desired. It is also acceptable to create separate setup files for different projects and change the active setup by simply specifying a different file and clicking OK.
