Workstation Authentication
We have upgraded our backend authentication and that may mean that some Stratus Workstation users will need to sign out of their account and then sign back in.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this upgrade was a necessary part of continuing to offer a secure end-to-end platform.
For the above errors please try:
Signing out and signing back in to Workstation app
If that does not work then try:
Clear cache and cookies of Workstation app
Paste “%appdata%\GTP Cloud - Workstation“ into the Windows File Explorer address bar to navigate to Workstation Folder
Delete the “EBWebView” folder
Workstation Label Printing
We have found and are investigating the cause for the Workstation app not printing labels. This appears to be related to the 7.2.1 Yellowstone version of the installer.
Please uninstall and reinstall the Grand Canyon version of the Workstation app found here: https://gtpservices.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SK/pages/2122022926/GTP+Software+Installers+and+Release+History?src=search

iOS Device Viewer Issues
When using Safari on either iPad’s or iPhones you might experience a “Could not get model viewer data” error shown below. As a workaround for now, you should be able to use Chrome with no issues, as this seems to be an issue exclusive to Safari.
