The Projects page is the 2nd lowest tier on the Field Orderz hierarchy. Projects are under divisions and are where users, catalogs, and services are assigned. Projects imported from STRATUS are denoted with the orange link icon The projects page is only accessible to users with the projects access level. Creating a Project:

To create a project click the +

  1. Type in the project name

  2. Select a division

    • Note: Projects cannot be created in the STRATUS division on Field Orderz. If you need a new project in the STRATUS division create the project on BIM360 & through STRATUS

  3. Click Create project to create the new project

 

Project Action Items:

Clicking the 3 dots next to a project allows the user to:

  1. Edit: Assign users, catalogs, and services to the project as well as rename it

  2. Rename: Allows users to Rename the project

  3. Duplicate: This will duplicate all assigned items to a new project that can be renamed

  4. Delete: Deleting a Project

    • Projects are hard deleted and will delete all packages in the project as well

       

  5. Clicking the dropdown to the left of a project will show all the items that are assigned to the project as well as the division is it in

Editing a Project:

Clicking the three dots and clicking edit will allow you to edit the project:

  1. Name: Allows users to Rename the project

  2. Catalogs: Allows users to assign catalogs to the project

    • Clicking the dropdown shows all assigned catalogs

    • Clicking the + allows users to add or remove catalogs from the project

  3. Users: Allows users to assign users to the project

  4. Services: Allows users to assign services to the project

    • Clicking the dropdown shows all assigned services

    • Clicking the + allows users to add or remove services from the project
