View Port

The Viewport page is used to take screenshots of your sketch for your reports as well as to update the picture of the sketch on the home page.

 

Buttons:

Pencil: The pencil allows users to draw red annotations over the picture

Eraser: Will eraser selected annotations

  • Alternatively, the trashcan can be used to delete all the annotations on either the current viewport of all of them

Text Box: Selecting the text box allows the user to drop a text box and fill it out to display on PDFs

  • Pairs well with the pencil annotation

Stamp Tool: This allows users to stamp a north arrow onto the viewport

Annotation Visibilty Toggle: This button allows users to toggle the visibility for annotations on the sketch

Scale Toggle: The scale button toggle the scale difference between two pipes similar to how it functions on the sketching screen

View Toggle: The view toggle switches the views from full 3D parts to the classic box view, similar to the sketching screen

View Port Buttons: Clicking the VP button allows the user to take a picture of the current orientation of the sketch

  • Annotations can be deleted between different viewports to display different items

  • You can have a max of 4 pictures

  • Pictures can be replaced by deleting them and then taking a new picture

  • Specific items' visibility can be toggled using the visibility toggle in the top left
