Un-Checking a STRATUS Package

Once a package is uploaded to STRAUTS, packages can be brought back into the Field Orderz app using the following steps:

  1. Delete the package from STRATUS

  2. Navigate to the STRATUS division and desired project on the Field Orderz website on the Packages page. Click the orange sync button:

  3. Refresh your page

  4. Select your desired package

  5. Click assign to and select the user

  6. Click save changes

  7. Open the Field Orderz app on the newly assigned user and resync

  8. The reassigned package should appear
