New Feature! Purchasing and Receiving Tabs Enabled for All Companies

GTP is announcing a major new Purchasing feature. For the first time, contractors and vendors can now connect under the same platform. Added Package Viewer Ability to View PDF Attachment

Added to the Package's Viewer the ability to view a PDF attachment. This feature is useful for non-modeled packages. To use this feature:

Create a package under Packages > New Package.
Under the Package’s > Attachments tab, attach one or more PDFs.
Under the Package’s > Viewer tab, the PDF(s) will display. Use the View drop-down to view different PDF’s.

Added to Templates a Show Report Title checkbox for Sub Reports

Under Admin > Company > Templates, added a Show Report Title checkbox for Sub Reports.

When checked, a report run from the Package’s Attachments tab will display the title of the report.

When unchecked, the report title will not display.

Fixed a Part Template Multiselect Part Issue

Fixed an Admin > Part Templates issue where after selecting multiple parts, changes in the Properties tab did not save. For example:

Select more than one Part. Properties common to all selected parts will display. Change a Property. In this example, the Visible checkbox was checked.
Unselect the 3 Parts.
Select each part individually. The Visible checkbox is checked.

Fixed a Report Fields Issue

Fixed an issue changing the sequence number of a new report field before the new row had been saved.

Fixed an Issue Updating the Alias Sequence

Fixed an issue updating the Alias Sequence value where the update dialog did not fully display on the screen.

Fixed a Publish Issue Extracting Stiffener Tie Rods

Fixed a Publish issue where Stiffener Tie Rods did not correctly extract the LS and SS lengths and quantities. As a result, the Cut List Total Length is correct.
