Jobsites

The Jobsites page is a management dashboard for each Station's work queue when the Station's Division is set to a Jobsite Division.

The Jobsites page enables a Shop Foreman role to manage queued items and send them to a tool on demand. Queued items include the number of Cut Lists, Point Lists, and/or Tasks for each package.

• Cut Lists are generated from the Package's > Cut Lists tab.

• Point Lists are generated from the Package's > Point Lists tab.

• Tasks are generated from a package's Task Workflows.

To access the Jobsites page:

1. Click the Jobsites menu item.

2. Click the Station name to display when the queued item was requested, the project name, the package name, number of items and status.

3. Information includes:

   1. Requested - The date/time the cut list was sent to the queue.

   2. Project - The cut list's project.

   3. Package - The cut list's package.

   4. Number of Items - The total number of items in the point list.

   5. Status - The status of the point list which is manually updated.

   6. Send to Tool - Click the Send to Tool button to generate a downloadable CSV file and a DXF file.  The tool that items will be sent to is configured on either the package's Cut Lists or Point Lists page.
