Containers Dashboard

The Container Dashboard provides information about each container and its contents.  See the Containers (Admin) article for more information on how to configure containers.

Summary

  1. By default, the Dashboard displays a Default report for the Report. Note: When a container is expanded the selected Details Report will displays (see below).

  2. Report Table (Default) - Collapsed Container

    1. Expand / Collapse - Expand the container to display the Details Report showing the container contents, or, collapse the container details. The expander will only display if the container includes at least one item.

    2. Type - The type of container defined under Admin > Company > Containers.

    3. Name - The name of the container defined under Admin > Company > Containers.

    4. State

      1. In Use - Indicates that at least one item is in the container.

      2. Empty - Indicates that the container is empty.

    5. Description - The description of the container defined under Admin > Company > Containers.

    6. Length - The length of the container defined under Admin > Company > Containers.

    7. Height - The height of the container defined under Admin > Company > Containers.

    8. Width - The width of the container defined under Admin > Company > Containers.

    9. Required - If there is a package in the container, the required date is derived from the most recent Field date located under Packages > Properties > Planning > Field.

    10. Status - The status of the container set on the under Containers > Assign.

    11. Division - Once a container status has been set, a Division can be assigned.
    12. Attachments - Displays a link to any attachments made to the container under Containers > Assign.

  3. Details Report Table (Default) - Expanded Container

    1. # - A sequence number for the items in the container.

    2. Type - The type of item (package, assembly, or part)

    3. Name - The name of the item (package name, assembly name, or part name).

    4. Project - The project from which the item was included.

    5. Model - The model from which the item was included. Also includes a link to the model.

    6. Package - The package from which the item was included. Also includes a link to the package.

    7. QR Code - Opens the QR Scanned page.

    8. Attachments - Displays a link to any attachments made to the container under Containers > Assign.

  4. Custom Reports - Custom reports will populate the Report and Details Report drop-downs as follows:

    1. Report

      1. Item Type = Container

      2. Container Dashboard = Checked

    2. Details Report

      1. Item Type = Container Details

      2. Container Dashboard = Checked
