Publish Updates

The following is a list of updates related to the STRATUS Addin for Revit and AutoCAD used for publishing models to STRATUS. This information will help companies determine if they want to update software or wait until the mandatory quarterly update is made available. Customers who encounter a publish issue that has been fixed by an updated version of the software will be required to install the latest software version.

Added Container Contents Column

Added to Containers > Assign > Tracking a Contents column which displays the contents of the container. The purpose of this feature is to provide historical record-keeping for Container contents. In addition, CSV/Excel export buttons were added to the Container Tracking table.

To view the Contents column populated:

Under Containers > Assign, add content to the container.
In the Tracking section, apply a tracking status to the container. In this example, a tracking status was applied (bottom row), and then in a separate action the Assembly: REV-ROOF-0002 was added to the contents of the container. As a result, the Tracking section was automatically updated to display the assembly.

Added to Containers Searchable Drop-downs

Added to Containers searchable drop-downs for all the drop-down lists in the Contents section including: Container, Project, Model, Package, Assembly, Part, and Container. Below is an example:

Added Package > BOM Sort

Added the ability to sort a Package BOM by Product Code, Additional Info, and Comment columns.

Added Remove Visible Button

Added a Remove Visible button in the Model Viewer and Package Viewer > Actions panel wherever a corresponding Add Visible button is displayed.

Updated Dimensioning

Updated the Dimensioning Measurement tools

Updated the Dimensioning > Place Aligned Length Measurement tool. All tab functionality has been removed. Selecting 2 points will measure a straight line dimension between the 2 points. And when the dimension is pulled out it will line up with the view cube (Ex. Straight out left/right or straight up/down relative to the pull points. This functionality should make it work exactly as a Revit/AutoCADe user would expect.

Updated Pipe Color to Blue when Hovering Snap Points

Updated the pipe color to blue when hovering over snap points.

Fixed a Date Window Filter Issue

Fixed an issue where the Date Window filter filtered out all packages.

Fixed a Diameter Symbol Display Issue in Export File

Fixed a diameter symbol display issue when exporting a CSV or Excel file.

Fixed an Issue Updating Status After STRATUS Workstation Cut

Fixed an issue updating a part’s tracking status after the part was cut using the STRATUS Workstation. The part in STRATUS should update to the STRATUS Workstation’s “Apply Tracking Status on Done” tracking status after it is cut.

Fixed an App Keys Issue with Disabled Users

Fixed an issue under Admin > Company > App Keys where users were disabled under Admin > Company > Users and still were displayed in the Run as User drop-down list. With this fix, if a user had been selected in the Run as User drop-down list and then is set to Disabled, the Run as User displays a GUID value.
