Publishing Emails

After a model is published, an email is sent to the publisher’s email with the following information:

  • Publish Job Id - this is a unique identifier for the publish job processed on the server

  • Desktop Platform - this is the specific version information from AutoCAD or Revit

  • Model Size - this is the source *.dwg or *.rvt file size

  • Model Version - this is the revision number from ACC for the model dwg or rvt file

  • Attachments - this is the number of related files uploaded during publish

  • Assemblies - this is the number of assemblies processed during publish

  • Parts - this is the number of parts processed during publish

  • Fabrication Parts - this is the number of Fabrication parts processed during publish

  • Views - this is the number of views processed during publish

  • Extract Stage - this is the minutes spent in data extract data for the job

  • Transform Stage - this is the minutes spent in data transform stage for the job

  • Load Stage - this is the minutes spent in data load stage for the job

  • Autodesk Processing - this is the minutes spent in Autodesk model translation for web viewing, including 2d sheet and 3d view processing

  • Publishing Total - total minutes to complete the publish job

  • Warnings - these are warnings which may indicate an issue with the model or publish processing
