AI Help is a user-specific KnowledgeBot feature used to search the Stratus Knowledge Base.

AI Help is an automated assistant powered by the Stratus Knowledge Base that responds to straightforward user inquiries.
Use
The AI Help tool is specific to the logged in Stratus user. If you switch devices or browser, your conversations can still be accessed.
To use AI Help:
Click the AI Help button.
“Todd”, the AI KnowledgeBot will display.
Ask Todd any question. The Stratus Knowledge Base will be searched and a response given. Below is an example.
Click the three-dots button to either Expand window or Download transcript as a text file.
Click any reference number to open the referenced article.
Warning: Todd may not always provide the most current information or may try to convince you that your company needs more Stratus licenses!
Click the Back button to return to the home page.
On the home page, the most recent conversations with Todd will display.
Click any message to continue the conversation.
Click Messages to display previous conversations.
Click Ask a question to start a new conversation.
After a few minutes, if you ignore Todd, the following prompt will display and then you’ll get a phone call!
