License Portal Guide
(1) Click the "License Portal" shortcut button on the left-hand side of the Knowledge Base toolbar.
(2) Enter the email address associated with the license/s. (If this is your first time you will need to click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter the email address to set your own password)
(3) This is the License Portal Home and contains information associated with your licenses. You can update contact information from here to change who we send update emails to. If you click "Licenses & Activations" you will be brought to your available licenses.
(4) From here you can access information specific to a given License ID and Product. Clicking on an ID will take you to the License details page where you can manage your license.
(5) From the License Details page, you have access to the Activation Password for that specific ID. You can also click on the "Manage Installations" to remotely deactivate a license. This is useful if someone has left retained a license that you want to use. It is also useful in cases where a computer crashes and you do not have a chance to deactivate it.
(6) This is the Installation History associated with the license. Clicking the red "X" button allows you to deactivate a license from the license server.
(7) Click "OK" to relinquish the license.
