A Tool is a software integration where fabrication instructions can be sent directly to a cutting machine.

Tool Types

When defining a tool under Admin > Company > Tools, you can choose from the following Tool Types:

  1. TigerStop - Tool type provides the ability to send a cut list directly to the TigerStop machine using the GTP TigerStop Desktop application. The Tracking Status in STRATUS can be automatically updated after each TigerStop cut is made.
  2. PyperServerA CSV export format for PypeServer cut lists.
  3. T-Drill CuttingA CSV export format for T-Drill cut lists. 
  4. T-Drill CollaringA CSV export format for T-Drill cut lists.
  5. ZPL Printer - Print labels with a Zebra printer for non-TigerStop cut lists like PypeServer and T-Drill.
  6. Total Station - A Total Station tool that can receive CSV points and/or DXF graphics files for hanger and other recognized points scoped out using packages.

You may need to Edit the Label Template to configure the label fields. If so, please submit a STRATUS Service Desk request.
