Tracking Status

The current tracking status displays in the package filter row and as part of the package items grid. A package can only be edited when it is in a "Can Package" tracking status. "Can Package" is a setting associated with the tracking status that tells STRATUS whether or not the package can be edited or not. Go to the Tracking tab to change the tracking status as needed. When you return to the Items tab, refresh the page to display the changes.

Delete a Package Item

To delete a package item, click the  Remove selected item button. The selected part or assembly will be removed from the package and will be available to add to another package within the same package category.

Open Assembly in the Assembly Viewer

To open an assembly in the assembly viewer, click the name of the assembly in the Name column.

Task Workflow Assignment

A Task Workflow is an optional feature where a task sequence can be assigned to a package.  When a task workflow is used, one or more tasks are added to a Kanban board where tasks are managed as To Do, In Progress, or Done.  In order to use this feature, Task Workflows need to be defined under Admin > Company > Task Workflows. See the Task - Categories, Definitions, Workflows for information about how to configure a task workflow.

A package can include items that could be routed to different task workflows.

To assign task workflow to package item:

  1. To assign a a single task workflow, click the field in the Task Workflow column and select the task workflow.

  2. To assign the same task workflow to multiple package items, click the checkbox associated with each item.
  3. Click the field in the Task Workflow column and for one of the checked rows, select a new Task Workflow.

  4. The Task Workflow will be applied to all checked rows.
