Below is a cheat sheet and a video. These steps must be completed before anyone at your company can view STRATUS navigation menus. 

Cheat Sheet

1. Designated admin must login to STRATUS at: https://www.gtpstratus.com/ with their Autodesk account email so that their email is registered in STRATUS.
2. Sign in to STRATUS.
3. Click your badge (Account Icon) > My Account > and then click Companies.
4. Click the start trial button.
5. Click your badge (Account Icon) icon again and the refresh permissions. Your STRATUS toolbar now displays menu items.
6. Click Admin > Company > Projects and then click the Refresh Projects from BIM 360 button. Your BIM 360 projects are now sync'ed with STRATUS.
7. For each project, change the status to Active.
8. Click your badge (Account Icon) icon again and the refresh permissions.
