To Refresh Projects from BIM 360:
- In STRATUS, click Admin > Company > Projects and then click the Refresh Projects from BIM 360 button. STRATUS will determine any BIM 360 project that has not yet been identified in STRATUS.
- A message will display that will tell you how many projects were added to your STRATUS company from your BIM 360 Docs account. It will also remind you to Set project status to Active to enable an added project. Projects not set to active will not display in the Projects drop-down.
- After projects display, change the project status to "Active" for any projects you want to use in STRATUS.
- For the person refreshing projects, in order to access the project in STRATUS, it may be necessary to clear the STRATUS cache by clicking your Account icon and the refresh permissions button.
