Workstation Authentication
We have upgraded our backend authentication and that may mean that some Stratus Workstation users will need to sign out of their account and then sign back in.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this upgrade was a necessary part of continuing to offer a secure end-to-end platform.
For the above errors please try:
Signing out and signing back in to Workstation app
If that does not work then try:
Clear cache and cookies of Workstation app
Search “%appdata%\GTP Cloud - Workstation“ into the Windows Search Bar to navigate to Workstation Folder
Delete the “EBWebView” file
