The Field Orderz home page is where users will be greeted when first logging into the app. This is where you can manage all of your Field Orderz packages in all of your different projects.

 

Buttons:

  1. Projects: Here, you can select your desired project that you wish to create a package inside of

    • If you don’t see a project, check if you are assigned to the project on the website

    • The sync button will sync changes with the website for that project

  2. Divisions: Clicking this dropdown will show all divisions you are assigned to

  3. Log Out: Clicking this button will log you out of the Field Orderz app

  4. Search Bar: Using the search bar will allow you to search for packages in the current project you are inside of

  5. Action Menu: Clicking the three dots when you have a package or packages selected will bring up the action menu

  6. Sync: Clicking the sync button will sync all changes made on the website

    • The user must have internet access when clicking the sync button

    • Sync does the same action as logging in so it will bring in changes to division, projects, catalogs, services, and packages

  7. Delete: When a package/packages are selected you can delete them by clicking the trash can and it will delete them off your device locally

    • Users are also able to delete the full project but it is recommended to do that on the website instead

  8. Upload Button: Users can directly upload to STRATUS by clicking the upload to STRATUS button if they have a package or packages selected

    • If the user is not in a STRATUS division, it will upload the packages to the Field Orderz website

  9. Grouping: The grouping dropdown allows users to sort their packages based on order, area, date required, service, status, or recent

  10. View active only: Clicking this will allow you to toggle your view to only see packages that are checked into you

    • If you have a package checked into the website or STRATUS then it won't appear when the button is green

  11. Help: Will take the user to the help and support page of the Field Orderz website if you have internet

  12. Settings: The settings page will allow users to adjust certain settings in the app

    • The Field Orderz keyboard is recommended unless the user has an external keyboard

    • The Show pipe will allow users to create pipe packages on the home page and show duct, respectively

    • Clear cache is used clear old data from your device

Action Menu Info:

  1. Email: The email button will allow you to send a quick email to others with attachments such as taken pictures in the viewport menu, BOM, Picklist, and Cutlist.

  2. Link with STRATUS: If a package has been checked into the website but you want to push it to STRATUS you can by selecting the package and clicking link with STRATUS

  3. Duplicate: Allows selected packages to be duplicated and creates new individually trackable packages

  4. Order Name: Allows multiple packages to be grouped together in an order

  5. Set Status: Sets a tracking status to packages

  6. Change Package: This allows a package to be transferred to another project. This will bring the service for that package to the new project.

    • A good use for this feature is to have a project of templates and duplicate a package you will be making often and then transfer it to the desired project
