Stratus Academy

In addition to this Knowledge Base platform, Stratus Academy is the course learning portal for Status products.

Login

Stratus Academy operates as an external platform that uses single sign-on (SSO) for user authentication. Anyone who can login to Stratus can login to Stratus Academy.

To login to Stratus Academy:

  1. Login to Stratus.

  2. Click Help.

  3. Click the Stratus Academy link.

  4. The Stratus Academy home page will display.

Troubleshooting

Q: What should I do if after clicking the Stratus Academy link, the app gives an error or prompts for credentials?

A: In this case:

  1. Go to Stratus

  2. Click your badge.

  3. Click the Log Out button.

  4. Log back into Stratus.

  5. Click the Stratus Academy link again.

  6. If this does not resolve the issue, please submit a Service Desk ticket.

 

Q: How can users access Stratus Academy if they don't have Stratus login credentials?

A: Submit a Service Desk ticket when special circumstances require Stratus access for users without existing login credentials.
