FIXED Fixed Assembly Name syncing from Revit on republish when Assembly Conflict Resolution is set to “Revit is always right”. The Assembly record, including the name on the Assemblies Dashboard, now updates to match Revit, so the Assembly Name is consistent across the Assemblies Dashboard, Assemblies Viewer, and Stratus Sheet.

FIXED Fixed an issue where dimensions failed to load in the Assemblies Viewer for Assemblies in certain models. Dimensions now load, persist after a refresh, and display on the Stratus Sheet.

FIXED Fixed date-only values from custom text-based date fields displaying as raw timestamps (e.g., 2026-08-25T06:00:00Z) on the Packages Dashboard. Dates now display in the expected format (e.g., 08/25/2026), matching CSV exports.

FIXED Fixed an issue where a failed Assembly save left an empty, unassigned Assembly behind when a Package’s Tracking Status allows “Can Assemble” but not “Can Package”. Creating Assemblies from a Package’s own loose parts now succeeds in this configuration, and attempts using parts from outside the Package are blocked without creating a leftover record.

ADDED Added Open API support for bulk user creation via a new POST v1/user/bulk endpoint, accepting a JSON array or CSV file of users. The response separates created, added-as-guest, already-existing, and unprocessed rows by user id, and a companion GET v1/company/company-role-types endpoint returns valid company role Ids for the request.

ADDED Added Open API endpoints for creating, reading, updating, and deleting company Filters and their rule groups and rules: POST v1/company/filter, GET v1/company/filters, PUT v1/company/filter, and DELETE v1/company/filter/{id}. Deletion is blocked while a Filter is still referenced by another company object (for example, a report, cost category, or task definition), and Filter names must remain unique.

FIXED Fixed an issue where the Bend Instructions tab could display an outdated bend-instructions file after a Conduit Assembly was renamed by a Custom Mark change on republish.

FIXED Fixed an issue where selecting a value in the Division column filter on Admin > Company > Users failed to apply when a user had no Division assigned.

ADDED Added Bulk Attachments, a file drop zone to the New Package and New Assembly dialogs, bringing non-modeled work into Stratus in one pass. Drop a drawing set and Stratus attaches every file to the package, or creates one assembly per file when you check the per-file option. ADDED Added Open API support for managing Task Definitions, including new v1/company endpoints for create, get-by-id, full update, and delete, along with image upload, replace, and download endpoints, plus a new v2/company/task-definitions endpoint for full-fidelity backup and restore. Deleting a task definition is blocked while it is still referenced by a station, task workflow, or tool, and create and update requests validate all referenced field ids.

ADDED Added PUT and DELETE v1/company/field endpoints to the Open API, completing full CRUD support for Company Fields. Attempting to delete a field still referenced by other objects now returns a 409 conflict listing the references, rather than deleting the field and stripping the reference as the admin website does.

FIXED Fixed an issue where creating a package from Models > Viewer > Actions > Packages > New ignored the Status field configured in a Package Category's Package Creation Settings, always assigning the company's first available status instead of the configured default.

ADDED Added Open API support for full CRUD on report definitions under Admin > Company > Reports, including list, retrieve, create, update, and delete operations with all report fields and settings, enabling backup and restore via the API.

FIXED Fixed an issue where Shift permissions were not enforced, letting Workers access capabilities meant for Supervisors. Workers can now only view their own time entries and must clock in and out via QR Check In/Out when enabled, and only Supervisors can adjust time entries or view the Shift Reviewer tab.

FIXED Fixed an issue where the a PDF report report split a row across pages when a spool or assembly's line items exceeded the remaining space, truncating or misattributing data. Overflowing rows now move as a whole to the next page with headers repeated, ensuring complete and accurate line-item data for every spool.

FIXED Fixed the Scan page so the selected Division no longer resets to [No Division] after each scan.

FIXED Fixed an issue where Shop Labor hours were absorbed into Install Labor in BigData Package reports lacking a Package Name column, causing expression-based labor fields to return blank or zero after a rebuild. Shop Labor, Install Labor, and Total Labor now match the Packages Dashboard for all reports.

ADDED Added Open API support for managing Package BOM line items, including a new POST v1/package/{id}/bom endpoint to generate or regenerate a package's BOM, plus new create, update, delete, and read-single-item endpoints for individual line items. These endpoints enforce the same BOM lock state, Tracking Status, and modeled-versus-manual item rules as the Stratus website.

UPDATE Updated the Select Divisions picker in Account Settings > Notifications to display parent context for each entry, resolving confusion when multiple Divisions shared the same name. Users configuring notification preferences can now reliably select the correct Division.

FIXED Fixed an issue causing Weld Inches values synced to Power BI via Big Data to under-report compared to the Stratus Package Dashboard, with Weld Inches Complete and Percent Complete sometimes missing entirely. Power BI weld progress reporting now stays accurate and consistent with the Stratus Package Dashboard.

FIXED Fixed an issue where view edits in the Package STRATUS Sheet, such as hidden tags, temporarily reverted after switching to a different report and back, requiring a page refresh to display correctly.

FIXED Fixed an issue in Modules where changing a Package's Tracking Status did not immediately refresh the package table on the Module Dashboard, requiring a manual page refresh to see the change.

FIXED Fixed an issue in the Model Viewer where the Display Modes 3D canvas color overlay did not update when a Tracking Status changed elsewhere, leaving affected parts and legend counts showing outdated values until the page was reloaded. The canvas now recolors affected parts and refreshes the legend counts automatically.

FIXED Fixed an issue in the Model Viewer where adding or removing a Package from the open Module did not update the 3D canvas, so the affected Package's models only appeared or disappeared after switching to a different Module and back. The canvas now loads or unloads the affected models immediately.

ADDED Added Date Time as a new Field Data Type under Admin > Company > Fields which can be used to display both the date and the time.

UPDATE Updated the Date Field Data Type to be Date only, not time. Use this when you want the date to display or if you want the field to be editable (Is Editable checked).

ADDED Added to Task Definitions a Shift enablement column to control whether a Task Definition appears in Shift, in package and assembly task workflows, or both.

UPDATE Updated the Task Definitions column name from Enabled to Workflow Task.

FIXED Fixed errors that prevented checking workers in or out, starting or resuming package time, and viewing the supervisor review matrix in Shift.

FIXED Fixed an issue where Worker Only role users could bypass QR Check In/Out by manually assigning themselves to packages from the Shift tab. Worker Only users on projects with QR Check In/Out enabled must now assign packages by scanning a QR code; other roles and projects are unaffected.

ADDED Added a public API endpoint for uploading file attachments directly to a Container. Integrators can optionally link the attachment to a specific Container tracking event — such as a "Loaded to Ship" entry — using the trackingLogEntryId parameter.

FIXED Fixed an issue where certain part properties enabled in Company Settings, such as "S1" and "S2," did not appear in the Part Template.

FIXED Fixed an issue where the automated "CAM Job Info" CSV report failed to generate when a Sheet Metal package's Tracking Status changed to "Issued for Fabrication."

FIXED Fixed an issue where missing Single-Axis Cut List Mapping configuration produced Cut List entries labeled with connector values and a blank Size instead of actual material. Cut Lists now show only genuine material and ancillary items, and disabling "Include Ancillary Cut List Items" correctly suppresses these stray rows.

FIXED Fixed an issue where some assembly pages in batch Master Reports showed tag labels and dimension leader lines misaligned relative to the part geometry.

FIXED Fixed an issue where packages created from parts with an existing Tracking Status defaulted to the company's lowest status instead of reflecting the parts' actual status. Packages now also avoid inheriting invalid or deleted default divisions, and show a proper creation entry in their tracking history.

GET /v1/module/{id}/assemblies - lists the assemblies contained within a module, gathered across the module's packages with duplicates removed.

GET /v1/module/{id}/packageslists the packages contained within a module, with filtering, field selection, and paging support.

GET /v1/module/{id} retrieves a single module by its ID.

FIXED Fixed an issue where the Assemblies filter in the Model Viewer could show few or no assemblies after republishing a model.

FIXED Fixed an issue where Renumber and Tag Parts could calculate an incorrect starting number for a numbering rule based on parts excluded under a separate, unrelated rule. Part numbers now sequence correctly across independent numbering rules in both the Assembly Viewer and Package Viewer.

FIXED Fixed an issue where clicking a link to an assembly with a restricted Tracking Status would silently open a different, unrelated assembly with no explanation. Users now see a clear Access Denied message naming the restricted status and are returned to the Stratus home screen.

FIXED Fixed an issue where the Single Package creation dialog allowed selecting Package Categories outside a user's Project Role permissions, producing packages that were immediately inaccessible on the Packages Dashboard. Only Package Categories permitted by a user's Project Role are now selectable during package creation.

FIXED Fixed moves between the Included and Excluded lists on the Part Property Names admin screen (Admin > Company > Settings > AutoCAD, Revit, CAMduct, ESTmep) failing silently for companies with very large property lists.

FIXED Fixed an issue in the Packages Viewer where QR codes on multi-page reports scanned to the same item as the first page instead of the correct row. QR codes now generate correctly for every row regardless of page.

FIXED Fixed an issue where the Status field went blank when another user changed an assembly's or package's Tracking Status outside the viewer's permitted range, which could lead to accidental overwrites. The field now displays "Restricted" with a warning message, and the Apply button is disabled until the page is refreshed.

FIXED Fixed an issue where certain Autodesk Fabrication fittings, including olets, weldolets, and saddle fittings, were publishing as background parts in the model viewer, appearing only as visible geometry with no part information or clickable data. Also fixed a related issue where newly added parts joining an existing assembly during publish could have their assembly information incorrectly cleared, causing them to be excluded from the assembly in the viewer.

FIXED Fixed an issue in the Models Viewer where content from a linked reference model would disappear after switching to a different view and would not reappear when switching back, requiring a full page refresh to restore it. While hidden, the elements remained selectable in 3D space but showed no properties and were excluded from area or box selections.

FIXED Fixed an issue where the "Add Packages" modal search ignored package descriptions. Package searches now also match by name, number, and description.

FIXED Fixed blank Division Long Name and Division Short Code fields on Package, Part, Assembly, and Container reports.

FIXED Fixed an issue where sending a cut from the Assembly Viewer parts list on the Assemblies page caused the cut station to receive a duplicate cut approximately 20 seconds after the original.

FIXED Fixed an issue where, for companies using the "Revit is always right" Assembly Conflict Resolution setting, corrections made to a Schedule on a CAD sheet in Revit were overwritten by an outdated version during import after republishing. Revit-authored content now takes precedence and persists as expected, so corrected CAD sheets no longer revert to a previous version.

FIXED Fixed an issue where the Required Date on packages could be unexpectedly cleared out, either through phase date recalculations or inconsistencies during bulk Required Date updates.

FIXED Fixed a Secure Service Account (SSA) issue where companies using new-project (SSA) setups failed to sync or publish projects because the system incorrectly required a company-level Autodesk hub ID, even though these companies store the hub information at the project level instead.

FIXED Fixed an issue where publishing a takeoff from ESTmep to Stratus caused connected pipe and fitting geometry to appear as scattered, disconnected fragments in the Stratus Viewer, with no matching items showing in the Assemblies and Parts tables.

FIXED Fixed an issue where packages created by publishing a drawing from CAMduct or ESTmep to Stratus were created empty, containing none of the drawing's parts. This also caused some packages to display a "Could not get package viewer data" error when opened in the Package Viewer.

FIXED Fixed an issue where packages published from Field Orderz did not receive the default Division configured for their Package Category, resulting in packages with an empty Division field.

ADDED Added to Modules the ability to select a module's description and phase as columns when building a module report, allowing this information to be included in exports.

UPDATE Updated Modules Project Role names renaming "Update Module's Part & Assembly Tracking Status" to "Update Part & Assembly Tracking Status", and "Update Package Status & Module Roll-Up" to "Update Package Status".

FIXED Fixed an issue where, when "Revit is always right" conflict resolution was enabled, assemblies defined by the Revit STRATUS Assembly parameter were sometimes renamed or had parts incorrectly removed during publish, causing them to appear missing or incomplete until the model was republished multiple times.

FIXED Fixed a Deliverables issue where generated Deliverables for different Areas incorrectly showed identical Parts and Assemblies counts instead of reflecting only the parts actually located in each Area. This also caused packages created from one Area's deliverable to include parts from other Areas, which then blocked subsequent Areas from being converted into packages because their parts appeared to be "already in another package."

FIXED Fixed a Modules issue in the Add Packages modal where only 500 unassigned packages could be selected.

FIXED Fixed a Shift > Session Log issue where resizing the Memo field in the Time Entry modal could extend beyond the modal's boundaries.

FIXED Fixed a Field Orderz Autofill Spec issue where set values were incorrect if multiple Dimensions had the same name.

FIXED Fixed an issue where running a Part-level report (Stratus Sheet) on a package published under the "Field Orderz" category would display the header and logo correctly, but the parts data table below it was blank.

FIXED Fixed an issue where editable Date fields on newly created packages exported as raw ISO datetime values (e.g. 2026-07-30T18:00:00.0000000Z) in the package/part report CSV instead of a readable date format.

UPDATE Updated the Assign Parts to BIM Areas operation to display real-time progress. Progress is now shown as parts are assigned and unassigned across models.

FIXED Fixed an issue where Report Templates created before a recent update rendered incorrectly, leaving white space along the bottom and right edges of generated PDFs. Templates now retain their original layout, and editing and re-saving a template corrects its sizing automatically.

FIXED Fixed a processing error that caused some database publishes to Lightning to fail and send an erroneous failure notification, even when the data was valid.

FIXED Fixed an issue where certain tracking-related fields could not be used in a Field Expression and would fail to save. Expressions referencing these fields can now be created and saved successfully.

FIXED Fixed an issue where deleting and reassigning a Package Category could cause report fields with a similar name prefix to be renamed incorrectly. Only fields belonging to the deleted category are now renamed, leaving unrelated fields unaffected.

FIXED Fixed an issue where sorting a report column of fractional values ordered them alphabetically instead of numerically (for example, placing 2 before 3/4). Columns formatted as fractions now sort by their true numeric value, including when the column is hidden.

FIXED Fixed an issue in the Models Viewer and Package Viewer where properties could not be edited while in full screen mode. Editing tools now behave the same in full screen as in the standard view.
