- STRATUS Service Desk - For most questions and support, please submit a support ticket to the STRATUS Service Desk which is monitored by multiple people.

Implementation Webinar
GTP wants you to get the most out of your STRATUS investment. GTP offers a free weekly training webinar for all subscribers where we help you understand how to configure your STRATUS implementation. The goal is to ensure that you can define workflows that meet your needs. In general, the STRATUS team discusses one or more topics and then you can either ask any question via the question panel or we'll enable your microphone.

Notifications
- Receive Notification - After users have been setup in your company, determine who should receive software updates and announcements.
Phase 1 – Sync with STRATUS
- BIM 360 Team or BIM 360 Docs account
- Purchase/Setup BIM 360 Team or BIM 360 Docs account. Contact GTP to discuss your license needs.
- Setup at least one project in BIM 360 Team or BIM 360 Docs.
- Setup Admininstrator's email, Knowledge Base (Atlassian) account, Start STRATUS Trial
- Go to STRATUS at: https://www.gtpstratus.com/
Click Login and follow the prompts. Once done, your email address will be logged in STRATUS based on your domain name.
- Complete the steps to Setup a Knowledge Base Account.
- Complete the steps in the article STRATUS Administrator First Time Login, Start Trial, Sync BIM 360 Project in STRATUS.
- Configure either BIM 360 Team or BIM 360 Docs for use with STRATUS

- Setup Users in STRATUS
- Complete the steps in the article Add a User to your STRATUS Company. Repeat as needed.

Phase 2 – Publish a Model
- Complete the steps in the article Install the GTP STRATUS Addin for Revit and AutoCAD.
- Learn about Revit Publish and Import.
- Learn about AutoCAD Publish and Import.

- Publish a model !
- View published model in STRATUS.
Phase 3 - Create an Assembly and a Package
