Page Summary
New Tracking Status - This button will allow you to add a completely new tracking status.
Order Number - You can move any tracking status to any position that you'd like to by specifying a position number and clicking the checkbox button.

Name - This is the tracking status name that will display around STRATUS.
Can Assemble - The Can Assemble checkbox, when checked tells STRATUS that an assembly can be edited.Adding a part to an assembly is an edit operation.
Can Package - The Can Package checkbox associated with each tracking status is the setting that either unlocks or locks the package for editing or downstream workflows.
Can Package is checked - When the package is in a tracking status where Can Package is checked (Ex. Modeled and Coordinated above), you can only do actions that edit the package. For example:
Can Package is unchecked - When the package is in a tracking status where Can Package is unchecked (Ex. Issued for Fabrication above), the package is locked down and ready for downstream workflows. As a result, for an individual package, you can do the following:
Downstream workflow buttons that are now enabled include:
Cut Lists > Generate Cut Lists
Point Lists > Generate Point Lists (if the package includes hangers)
Tasks >Generate Tasks
Can BOM - When the Can BOM tracking is checked it means that the Package > BOM > Generate BOM button will be enabled.
Applies to Package, Applies to Assembly, and Applies to Part - When unchecked, you tell STRATUS that a particular tracking status cannot be applied to a Part, Assembly, or Package. For example, if the Applies to Package checkbox is unchecked for the Modeled tracking status, a) on the Packages > Tracking tab, the Modeled tracking status option will not display in the Status drop-down, b) on the Assemblies > Viewer page in the Tracking section, the Modeled tracking status option will not display in the Status drop-down, c) and, if someone on your team is using the Scan page, sets the new tracking status to Modeled, and then scans a package or assembly, a message preventing the log entry will display.
