Access Denied Message

Q:     What do I need to provide to the Service Desk when I get an Access Denied message?

A:    The following steps are in the Chrome browser.

  1. On the page that displays the Access Denied message, press the F12 key.
  2. Select the Network tab. 

  3. Select the “Doc” tab.


  4. Select the first row to appear under the “Name” column.

  5. Select “Headers”.


  6. Scroll down until you see the “Response Headers” section.

  7. Send us a screenshot of everything in the “Response Headers” section.
