Access Denied Message
Q: What do I need to provide to the Service Desk when I get an Access Denied message?
A: The following steps are in the Chrome browser.
- On the page that displays the Access Denied message, press the F12 key.
- Select the Network tab.
- Select the “Doc” tab.
- Select the first row to appear under the “Name” column.
- Select “Headers”.
- Scroll down until you see the “Response Headers” section.
- Send us a screenshot of everything in the “Response Headers” section.
