Stratus Academy

Login

1. To login to Stratus Academy, click the Stratus Academy link under Help. This link provides Single-Sign-On (SSO) access to the Stratus Academy portal. This is the only way Stratus users can access the Stratus Academy.

2. Once logged the Stratus Academy home page will display.

3. After the user is timed out of the portal or has clicked the Log Off button, the web page will be redirected to the Stratus > Help page.

Customer Admin at Company

Some company’s choose to assign a person in the company to be their Stratus Academy Admin. This role can do the following:

• Monitor their employees progress in taking courses, especially the Onboarding Hub > Stratus Fundamentals Certificate curriculum

• View courses

• View enrollments

• View users list

• Run reports on learner activity and progress, overall course activity and progress, and certificates

If you are a company admin for Stratus Academy, do the following to access the Admin tools:

1. In Stratus under Help, click the Stratus Academy link which will log you into the Stratus Academy.

2. Click the Menu and select Admin.

3. The Admin Dashboard will display with the Admin tools highlighted.

4. Courses

   1. Courses - Displays a list of all courses.

   2. Course Enrollments - Prompts you to select a course and then you can view enrollment.

   3. A report similar to the following will display.

5. Users

   1. Users - A report similar to the following will display.

   2. User Enrollment - Search for a user and a report similar to the following will display.

Stratus Health

Receive critical email alerts and resolutions (Ex. Site down) by subscribing to the STRATUS Health system. 

1. Click STRATUS Health link. The GTP Ecosystem Status page will display.
   

2. Click the Get Updates button.

3. Enter an email address and click Submit.
   

4. You will receive new notifications.
