Troubleshooting
Q: What if I completed a part by mistake?
A: The welder can click Repeat Weld if the part is on top of the Completed List. If it’s not, they are
required to Send the part to the tool again from Stratus website.
Q: I see an incorrect tracking status in Stratus
A: Feel free to delete. It does not cause any problem to the SWR
Q: The currently selected part is incorrect. How can I select another part?
A: The welder can use the Skip Procedure button to switch the part with another one from the
Waiting List.
Q: What happens if I close the SWR?
A: The loaded queue will be lost. The part needs to be resent from Stratus website
