Added Pipe Cut Settings by Processor

Added the ability to configure Pipe Cut Settings by processor or shop. In this example, there are 2 Processors whose Tracking Status Group is Shop. As a result, the Pipe Cuts settings can be independently configured for each Processor.

Fixed Issues with Deleted Attachments

Fixed issues with deleted attachments such as XREF files whose link has been removed from the model or assembly dwg files that are no longer valid. On the next model publish, these invalid attachments will be removed from STRATUS. The files will continue to be stored in BIM 360.
