Added Date Window Feature
Added a Date Window filter that when enabled will filter the dashboard data table to items whose date is a specified number of days before and after the current date. This tool is targeted at those who prefer to view packages within a consistent date range window every time the page is loaded.
To use the Date Window filter:
The Date Window filter is off by default.
Click the Date Window filter button to display the dialog.
Click the gear icon to display configuration options.
Include empty dates
Checked - When checked if an item’s date field is Empty, it will display in the data table.
Unchecked - When unchecked if an item’s date field is Empty, it will not display in the data table.
Count Days as
Business - For the business day calculation, weekends are excluded while public holidays are included as a business day.
Calendar - For the calendar day calculation, all days are included.
To configure the date window:
Date drop-down - The Date drop-down displays all planning date fields located under Packages > Properties > Planning. Note: The Default is the Required date which also displays on the Packages > Dashboard default report. Select one date field.
To select the number of days prior to today, click the number and either enter a number or use the up/down arrow to change the value. The exact date the number references will display (hover text) as the number value changes. In this example, 10 days (business days) prior to today is 6/7/2022.
To select the number of days after today, click the number and either enter a number or use the up/down arrow to change the value. The exact date the number references will display (hover text) as the number value changes. In this example, 15 days (business days) after today is 7/12/2022.
When done, the data table will filter to display only items that meet the criteria. Once set, these settings will continue to be used until they are changed.
These settings are also applied to:
The Packages > Schedule
The Packages > Status pages.
Added Delete All Note Tags Option
In the Assemblies > Viewer, all Note tags can be deleted by deleting the note from the Notes data table. For example:
There are 2 kinds of notes:
Company Notes - A Company Note is a standardized note defined under Admin > Company > Notes.
In the 3D viewer, a user can select a Company Note and then tag a part.
After a part is tagged with the Company Note, the note will display in the assembly’s Notes table.
Assembly-specific Notes - To add an assembly-specific note, click the New Note button, click in the text box, and enter the assembly-specific note.
The new note will display in the Notes data table and will be available to tag a part.
Add tag to part - To add a tag to a part with either type of note in the 3D viewer:
Open the Item Numbering tool
Open the Tag option
Select the Notes under Annotation Types. Both the Company Notes and the Assembly-specific Notes will display.
Select the note and then select the part to tag. The note tag will display in the 3D viewer associated with the part and in the Notes data table. If more than one part is tagged with the same note, each tag will display in the 3D viewer associated with the part tagged, but only one instance of the note will display in the Notes data table.
Delete tag - To delete a tag:
Individual tags - Individual tags can be deleted by clicking the tag's red x.
All tag instances - All tag instances can be deleted in the Notes data table by clicking the Delete button. A prompt similar to the following will display.
Added Confirmation Prompt when Deleting a Mapping
Under Admin > Company > Part Templates, added a confirmation prompt when deleting either a Cut List Mapping or a BOM Mapping.
Added Function for Unique Values
Added function that will return unique values from a list.
UniqueValues(array) expects one argument as a semicolon-separated list of values and returns a semicolon-separated list of each unique value from the original list.
Example: If listOfValues is: 3.1;3.1;4.2;4.2;4.2;5.3;5.3;5.3;5.3
UniqueValues(listOfValues) will return: 3.1;4.2;5.3
Added Site Status Link on Help Page
Added a Site Status link to the Help page. The GTP team will use this page to report and track site-wide issues and resolutions.
For those who subscribe to notifications via the Get Updates button, you can receive messages from Pulsetic similar to the following:
Updated Assemblies Dashboard (Major)
A major update has been made to the Assemblies > Dashboard and includes the ability to expand an assembly to display its parts. In addition, users can configure custom reports for the dashboard report and the parts subreport. See the Assemblies Dashboard article for details.
Updated Packages > Items
Updated the Assembly Name and Packages columns under Packages > Items (Default Assembly Report) to function the same as the Assembly Name and Packages columns under Assemblies > Dashboard (Default Assembly Report).
Updated Packages > Properties by Renaming On Site Column
Updated Packages > Properties by renaming the column label “On Site” to “Required”. The dates displayed in the On Site column have always been the same value that has been displayed on the Packages Dashboard’s Required column. As a result, this column label name change has no impact.
Updated Project Role Permissions (for Above Changes)
Updated Project Role permissions to account for changes to the Assemblies > Dashboard (Default Assembly Report) and Packages > Items (Default Assembly Report).
Note: Users who previously had Assembly > Dashboard > Edit permissions will automatically receive Attachments, Modify Packages, and Edit Assembly permissions.

Modify Packages - When checked the project role can add/remove assemblies to/from a package.
Remove - When checked the project role can view the Remove assemblies and parts from the package.
View - When checked the project role can view the Assemblies > Dashboard, including Attachments.
Updated Sort and Filter Rules for All Dashboards
The Sort and Filter rules for the dashboards (Packages, Assemblies, and Containers) have been standardized.
Sort Order
Sort Order Rules
Default Sort Order - The default sort order for custom and default reports is described below.
Primary Sort Column - After a user manually changes the sort for a column that column becomes the primary sort column. The primary sort column will continue to sort the data table until the user sorts by a different column or clears their browser cache which reverts the data table sort to the default sort order.
Data Table Default Sort Order for Default Reports
The default sort order for default reports is used to sort the first time the data table is loaded (see below). Once a user manually changes a column sort order, that column becomes the “primary sort column”. The only way to revert back to the default sort order is to manually clear the browser cache.
Containers Dashboard
Collapsed table - “Container” Type and then “Container” Name
Expanded subtable - “Item” Type and and “Item” Name
Assemblies Dashboard
Assembly Report table - Assembly Name
Part Report subtable - None
Packages Dashboard
Packages Dashboard table - On Site
Package Items
Assembly Report table - None
Part Report table (if displayed) - None
Data Table Sort Order for Custom Reports
The default sort order for custom reports is the report’s Sort Index (see below). Once a user manually changes a column sort order, that column becomes the “primary sort column”. The only way to revert back to the default sort order is to manually clear the browser cache.
Filter
After applying a filter to a column, the filter will continue to display until the user manually changes it.
Updated Property Value Order
In the Properties panel of any viewer, the order that Package Category values (highlighted below) display for STRATUS.Part.PackageName and STRATUS.Part.PackageNumber has been updated to display in alphabetic order.
Updated Scan for Bulk Uploads
Updated the Scan page to better handle the scenario where the shop scans many QR Codes, the scan data is stored on a handheld scanner, and then the scan data is bulk uploaded with a 250-millisecond delay between each upload into the Scan page.
Fixed a New BOM Line Item Issue
Fixed an issue on the Packages > BOM tab where after clicking the add manual Item button, the item defaulted to Empty when it should default to Each.
Fixed a Container Details Report Issue
Fixed a Container Details Report issue where the Package Name (STRATUS.Item.PackageName) did not display in the PDF Template report.
Fixed STRATUS Sheet “Report placeholder is too small to fit all data” message
Fixed an issue when a STRATUS Sheet report is run that contains no data, the message “Report placeholder is too small to fit all data” will no longer display.
Fixed a Graphical Selector Issue
Fixed an issue under Projects > Areas with the Graphical Selector page where a model’s grid lines were moved, renamed, and then republished. As a result, the areas previously checked in the Graphical Selector became corrupted. A new Clear Area button has been added to clear out the corrupted data in the selected row enabling the user to check the areas.
