Added STRATUS Assembly Notifications For Unpublished Revit Changes

This improvement to the Publish / Import process applies to unpublished parts added to a published assembly based on your Assembly Conflict Resolution settings under Admin > Company > Settings.

Scenario:

1. A model is published, an assembly is created in STRATUS, and the model is imported back into Revit.

2. In Revit, either add a new part (unpublished) to the STRATUS assembly or delete a part from the STRATUS assembly.

3. Import the model to keep either Revit change made to the assembly.

4. When the Assemblies Dashboard or Assemblies Viewer associated with the above assembly is refreshed, a notification will display and the hover message will read “Assembly has unpublished changes.”

5. When the assembly is included in a package, a notification will display the hover message “Assembly has unpublished changes.”

   4. Other Package tabs should have similar notifications.

6. Imported Changes messaging has also changed to reflect the unpublished additions to an assembly.

    

7. After an unpublished part is removed from a Revit assembly and the model is either Imported or Published, notifications will no longer display after the page is refreshed.

Added QR Code Links to .MAJ File

Added QR Code links to the downloaded .MAJ file. To use the links with any Fabrication part in a package:

1. Create the .MAJ file.

2. Open the file in ESTmep or CAMduct.

3. Select a part and under the Item Properties and click the Links tab where you will find links to STRATUS QR Codes.

    

4. Click a link and a page similar to the following will display:

   1. Package QR Code Scanned

       

   2. Assembly QR Code Scanned

       

   3. Part QR Code Scanned

Added BOM Line Item Descriptions for Container Items

Container Items now use the Part Template’s BOM Line Item Mapping when displaying the part’s size, description, and length.

For example, the Part Template for the highlighted part below is Pipes Pipe Types:

The Part Template Pipes Pipe Types is below. Notice the Description has been manually overwritten to Test 45.

Updated Numbering Rules Prefix and Suffix with Property Selector

Updated the Prefix and Suffix fields under Admin > Company > Naming and Numbering > Numbering Rules from being a text box to a property selector. Properties can include Part properties, STRATUS.Field.*, STRATUS.Alias.*, and STRATUS.Part.*.

Existing values will be automatically converted to a Manual Override.

Existing values or new rules can use the Property Override option.

Part Property Example
The Numbering Rule Prefix and Suffix Property Override is C1 and S1 respectively.

As a result, after renumbering the package, the C1 prefix is Standing S&D and the S1 suffix is Snaplock or PITTS-S.

STRATUS.Alias and STRATUS.Field Property Example
The Numbering Rule Prefix and Suffix Property Override is STRATUS.Alias.Duct Width and STRATUS. Field.Connectors respectively.

As a result, after renumbering the package, the Alias.Duct Width prefix is “24” and the Field.Connectors suffix is Standing S&D.

Updated BOM Report Field

The BOM Report Field ProductCode has replaced the SupplierCode Report Field. Check your BOM Report Fields and add the ProductCode as needed. The SupplierCode is no longer available.

Fixed a Packages Dashboard Issue where an Editable Field Updated a Calculated Field

Fixed an issue where an Editable Field did not correctly update a Calculated Field in a Packages Dashboard report.

For example, the field on the left is an editable field that is applied to the Calculated field on the right.

After updating the editable field, the calculated field updates as well.
