Added Item Number Bubble Background Color Transparency Option

Added a Transparency Option to the Item Number Bubble Background Color View Style. To use this option, you’ll need to:

  • Create or edit a View Style

  • Create or edit a Template that uses the View Style.

  • Create or edit a Report that uses the Template.

Once the above are configured, to use the Transparency option:

  1. Go to Admin > Company > View Styles.

  2. For the View Style that will be configured for the Transparency Option, scroll to the Item Number Bubble Background Color column.

  3. Click the drop-down. A palette of colors can be selected. Note the rgba configuration for the selected color. The “a” value is used to indicate the transparency where 1 is 0% transparency and 0 is 100% transparency. Decimals between 0 and 1 (0.1, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, etc.) can be used to set the tranparency percent.

  4. In this example, the “a” value has been set to 0.25. Note how the color to the right of the rgba value changes.

  5. When applied to an STRATUS Sheet in the Assemblies > Viewer, the transparency displays for the Item Number Bubble Color. With this transparency value set to 0.25, you can see that the other lines can be seen through the bubble color.

Added to the Assemblies Dashboard the #Parts Column

Added to the Assemblies Dashboard the #Parts column to display the number of parts in the assembly.

Updated Data Sent from Spool Checker to PSVR/3DPP Files

Changes have been made to how the data from Spool Checker content modifications carry to PSVR/3DPP files. The changes allow modifications at either end of the pipe to be reconciled with relative dimensional references. For the initiated, lengths can now be affected at either the C1 or C2 end vs what used to be just the C2 end. This just means that length will be taken up or given on the correct end of the pipe depending on the locked part scenario you are dealing with in the spool checker. This brings feature parity to ITM and Revit pipe for multi-axis pipe cut file generation.

You can see 2” being taken off of either end of what was originally a 60” part in in the screenshots below:

Updated Annotation Tags

Updated the Annotation Tags workflow which is used to manually apply annotation to parts. By default, an Annotation Tag prefix will not display. A prefix and a prefix label override can be applied as needed. To use the Annotation Tags feature:

  1. In the Assemblies > Viewer, click the Item Number Tool button.

  2. Click the Annotation Tag button.

  3. In the Annotation Tags dialog, select, for example, an Annotation Type (Properties) and a Property (Diameter).

  4. Select a part in the assembly and the Annotation Tag will not display a prefix.

  5. Alternatively, to display the prefix tag, check the Display the Prefix on Annotation Tags checkbox. The Override checkbox will also display.

  6. Select a part in the assembly and the Annotation Tag prefix will display.

  7. To Override the Prefix label, check the Override checkbox.

  8. Enter the Label that will display on this Annotation Tag.

  9. Select a part in the assembly and the and the Annotation Tag will display with the override.

The publish now accounts for the services “H-Duct” and “Duct - Rectangular”. If your services are named “H-Duct” or “Duct - Rectangular” please republish the model.

Fixed a Master/Subreport Issue

Fixed a Master/Subreport issue under a Package’s Attachments tab where after running a Master Report, the Master report was correctly created and attached, but, the Subreport was separately created and attached. This Subreport is no longer created.
